Our return's policy is simple
We appreciate that you may have a change of heart of the purchase you may receive. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations and not to affect your statutory rights :
Go-active leisure Limited will give customers a 7 day "cooling off" period in which orders can be returned from the delivery date.
There are a few pointers that we would like to mention before you call us.
• Please ensure that the goods are unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (this does also include the product packaging and instructions etc.)
• Unless the product shipped was different then the one ordered, or you received a damaged order, you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
• Recollection of goods will be arranged by our customer services to avoid any hassle to you. The returns will be charged at a cost price to you.

If you decide that you would like to return or exchange a product you need to request a Return Authorization Number.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipment costs, unless the product is damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returned products without an RA number.
Refunds are credited after receipt and approval of the product.
This may take upto 30 days.If you cancel your order after it has already shipped, we consider it a return and the above policies apply. |
