All items are dispatched depending on stock availability within 24 hours of placing your order, with a standard delivery time within 3-5 working days. Items such as wheelchairs, power packs, travel scooters, batteries, walking aids,Scooter ramps and Wheelchair ramps will be sent via courier for a faster delivery. When a mobility product or living aid is ready for dispatch, we will contact you to let you know when to expect delivery.
All of our 4mph and 8mph mobility scooters will be delivered by one of our trained drivers to unpack and set up your scooter for you. Unless you specify courier delivered only .We operate our 10 of our own vans in the south east of england.
Our Rise recliner chairs are also delivered and unpacked in your room of choice from an extra £65
Weekday Delivery Services for the UK Mainland We will endeavour to deliver your order straight away, and goods should be with you within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you - but you will always be advised of this, with the option to cancel your order if you so wish. We will make deliveries by post, courier, engineer or other methods at our discretion.

The postal or courier deliveries options are for a doorstep delivery only.The delivery driver will not demonstrate any equipment for you, or open the box. All boxes must be examined by the customer at the time of delivery and any damage to the box must be noted by the customer on the courier's receipt, you should never except any damaged boxes from a courier.
Surcharges apply to some post codes, where the product is being dispatched via courier or delivered via an engineer, the sucharge depends on the the item delivered, please ring the office on 0800 334 5140 for more information

- Carry out full demonstration and handover of product
- Remove and Dispose of any wast packaging
- Advise where the product was not suitable for handover to our customer (in which case the scooter has to be retuned)
- Will supply hand over documentation to esnsure the customer is happy with his purchase.
Cancellations We work hard to see that our products ship quickly. If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return. Please note that Made to Measure Products can not be cancelled, it is important that you are happy with the details of your order at the outset. Any products that are delivered via a Engineer incurred a restocking charge please see terms and conditions of sale.
