All items are dispatched depending on stock availability within 24 hours of placing your order, with a standard delivery time within 3-5 working days. Items such as wheelchairs, power packs, travel scooters, batteries, walking aids,Scooter ramps and Wheelchair ramps will be sent via courier for a faster delivery.
When a mobility product or living aid is ready for dispatch, we will contact you to let you know when to expect delivery.
All of our 4mph and 8mph mobility scooters will be delivered by one of our trained drivers to unpack and set up your scooter for you.We operate our 10 of our own vans in the south east of england.
1) Goactive solo courier delivered
This is for smaller items such as ramps and wheelchairs and carboot scooters. These items are not complicated to unpack or assemble. Therefore do not require a trained engineer.

Our own drivers and engineers who will demonstrate the scooter and assemble in your own home.

Most companies say free delivery but hide it in their costs. Or they are just interested in taking your money and getting an untrained courier to deliver it. Leaving you with heavy boxes to unpack and struggle with. Not us, we rely on our reputation of providing full sales care and service.
