Complete Assessment Centre: Plan your visit

A good selection of the equipment within this catalogue is available on display at our centre in Essex for you to try and test, including stairlifts and walk-in-baths. As an exercise in offering you assurance and confidence in a particular product we always recommend that you try equipment before deciding to purchase. If you are planning a visit – do call in advance to make an appointment. This will ensure that we have the appropriate members of staff available to make your visit as successful as possible.

Home visiting, Demonstrations and surveys.

For many clients we know that travel can be difficult. If this presents you with a problem, we will gladly arrange to visit you at home, and wherever possible demonstrate equipment . Naturally we will always have to visit you at home to conduct surveys for the installation of bathroom or stairlift equipment.As you would expect, this service is free of charge and puts you under no obligation whatsoever.

Free Parking & Test Drive Facilities.

When you visit Us we do have plenty of free on-site parking.We also have excellent facilities for you to test drive electric scooters, powerchairs etc.

Full On-site service support

This part of your purchase should be considered carefully.GoactiveMobility have fully equipped workshop facilities, providing spare parts and accessories for all the products which we offer. If your equipment becomes faulty, you have the comfort of knowing that we will attend to your repair quickly and efficiently; that is for the entire lifetime of the product!

You choose how to pay/finance terms

GoactiveMobility are please to accept payment either by cheque or by most major credit and debit cards. If you require further time to spread the cost of your purchase, and subject to status, we can also offer repayment packages over periods of up to 42 months.
