Topclass ergonomics,
powerful and cool
The Solo QS4 sets the new standard
for scooter-comfort. 15 years of experience from the Revatak designers
is captured in this solid scooter.
Most scooters have difficulties
with small bumps on the road surface, leading to a ‘jerky’ ride. Revatak
has solved this problem with the unique and patented Solo suspension
system, a semi-independent rubber-based suspension. This means, that
when the rider of a QS4 hits a pebble (or drives through a small hole)
with the left or right rear wheel, the suspension system will absorb
this to a large extent. Solo QS4 riders praise the comfort this
provides. Because small bumps occur frequently.

Drivers
of a standard scooter will often be shaken while driving on a bumpy
road. This is a result on how the height and width relate to each other,
namely 1:21/2.
A stone of 1 cm on one of the rear wheels causes a sideward’s movement
of the head of 21/2 cm, in the same time. This is a very unpleasant
feeling, especially for people with pain complaints.
Vertical suspension hardly prevents this effect and air tires only a bit.

Revatak
solved this comfort problem and developed a unique suspension system.
The Solo TS120 and Solo QS4 have a semi-independent suspension based on
rubber. One wheel can move while the other remains the same. Small bumps
will be absorbed. And that is what gives the comfortable feeling.
Rubber has an advantage that small pressure goes easy but heavy loads gives enough pressure back.
The Revatak suspension system is patented under number EP1366934.
-
Features
- Torsion suspension on the front and rear wheels, supplemented
with the patented (no. EP1366934) semi independent suspension of the
rear axle, on the basis of rubber. Therefore, small irregularities are
also absorbed perfectly.
- Strong chair available in several degrees of rigidity, with
good lateral and (air) lumbar support (standard). The seat can be
rotated and is adjustable in height.
- Armrests are adjustable in height.
- Steering column is adjustable in height and distance; you can therefore always fi nd a relaxed position.
- Cruise control. Set speed without pulling the accelerator lever. Can be turned off in 6 ways.
- Comfortable steering and clearly arranged control panel. The
following can be read off: km/h, total mileage, trip mileage, time,
date, outside temperature.
- Spacious footrest enabling you to ride with stretched out legs in a relaxed manner.
- Indicator lights turn off automatically after completing the turn.
-
Safety
