Curved stairways are unique and bespoke to your house and it is in curved applications where the expertise of the Liberator stairlift shines.

The Liberator design is guaranteed to fit into the narrowest of stairways and tightest of turns where other manufacturers cannot accommodate.

The sturdy rail optimising the space and supplying the smoothest possible ride quality, for maximum comfort. With the Liberator stairlift being DC battery powered it provides a smooth and quiet operation and will continue to do so even during a power cut.

Technical

Designed and manufactured in the UK the Liberator range of stairlifts embodies proven technology to ensure maximum safety and reliability, and with the accreditations of BSi 5776:1996 without exemptions to a safe working load of 135Kg proving the continuance of quality.

The self-sustaining gearbox is backed by an over speed governor which will automatically stop the lift should it exceed its normal design speed. Pressure sensitive edges on the footrest and chassis ensure the lift will automatically stop should it meet an
obstruction on the stairs.

When parked the compact chassis can be folded away to only 14" (356) overall width resulting in minimal intrusion into the stair, hall and landing areas. The rail which is bracket mounted to the stairs ensures minimum disruption to decoration, is close fitting to the wall resulting in the maximum available space for other stairway users.

The Percher frame has been designed for users with limited knee and hip movement, but also guarantees our stairlift to fit into the narrowest and tightest of staircases, The frame is available in two heights 750mm for users up to 5'10" tall and 850mm for users over 5'10"
