All of our insurance policies are underwritten by bonafide underwriters Domestic and general. Our brand new Stairlift extended warranties Cover all unforeseen electrical and mechanical failure after the manufacturers Warranty has expired . All relevant call out charges labour and parts costs are covered
The main exclusions are :
A) Faulty design , plan specification or materials .
B) The cost of the routine maintenance , overhaul or modifications or loss, damage or breakdown arising from Exclusion A Faulty design , plan specification or materials .
C) Damage or breakdown following modifications or servicing not in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
D) Any loss or damage caused by corrosion.
E) Repairs or replacement of any consumable items.
F) Scorching, burning or damage from cigarettes or other smoking related burns.
G) Extended warranties only available for products under 6 years old at date of policy commencement.
H) New warranties have to be taken out within 45 days of purchasing new product.
I) On a pre-owned stairlift, warranty cover can only commence if the product has been serviced in the last 90 days by an approved FSIS Dealer. Call 0800 3345140
J) On used products no claim can be made for the first 45 days from policy commencement.
