Battery care and maintenence are important to prolong the working life
of your mobility sccooter battery . It is recommended that you should charge
your scooter for at least 8 hours after every days outing. If you don’t use the
scooter very often you should at least charge the batteries overnight once a week.
Failing to follow these instructions will inevitably lead to failing battery cells. It is now
policy from all manufacturers of scooter batteries that before a warranty claim can be
processed 3 computerised tests must be done on each battery. These tests produce graphs
that are studied very closely before any warranty claim is accepted and if a battery has not
been looked after properly it will almost certainly be detected. |
